Chris Quillian, Head Coach (Retired), Pasadena Memorial H.S. – Texas
Coach Quillian made his head coaching debut in east Texas at
Emory Rains High School (Class 3A.) He served at Emory Rains
from 1994-1996 where he went 10-1 in his first season.
In 1997 Coach Quillian accepted the Head Coach position at
Hempstead High School (Class 3A) where he served from 1997
through 2002 seasons. He went on to serve as an Assistant
Coach for 11 additional seasons including an offensive
coordinator’s position at Stratford High School prior to
arriving at Pasadena Memorial. Quillian has experience on
both sides of the ball.
After a quarter of a century of coaching the football
sidelines, Pasadena Memorial Coach Chris Quillian retired
after the 2019 season. In his seven seasons as Maverick
coach, Quillian posted a 31-41 record with four trips to the
post-season with an 8-3 mark in 2012.
During his 15-year head coaching career, Quillian managed to
make the post-season in five of them. His overall record is
60-91.

FCA Regional International Coordinator –
Texas
For the past 13 years I served as the East Houston Director and
Houston Metro Director for Fellowship of Christian Athletes. I’m now
serving as the Texas Regional International Coordinator. As the Regional
International Coordinator, I will be serving FCA staff in Texas and our
FCA Teammates in Latin America.
My primary role is connecting our staff in Texas to their Global Region
(Latin America) through the strategies of Pray, Give, Go. I’m also
responsible for leading ministry initiatives, vision trips, sport trips,
reverse trips and training trips. Latin America countries: Belize,
Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala
City, Mexico, Panama and Puerto Rico.
