Mike Allison is a native of Woodville, Texas and attended Texas A&M University where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets and Parsons Mounted Cavalry. He graduated with a BS in Kinesiology and later earned his Master’s Degree from Lamar University.

Coach Allison returned home to Dawson in 2018, this time as the Head Coach. He is looking forward to leading the Eagles to success, both on and off the field.

Devotional:  Jeff Sutherland
FCA Regional International Coordinator, California

I serve as the Western Region International Coordinator to East Asia. My role is to connect the staff in California, Hawaii, and Nevada to our staff in East Asia through praying, giving, and going. Believing in the powerful influence of coaches & athletes, I joined staff in July of 2015. As a long-time volleyball coach, I have seen firsthand the impact coaches have on our world and am excited that God has chosen me to serve in this capacity. Whether it is here in California or overseas in East Asia, God is using coaches & athletes to help grow His kingdom.
